YOUR MISSION AT VOI

• Standardization of layouts: assist in designing and standardizing workstation setups, shift boards, storage layouts, and other warehouse systems to ensure efficiency and ease of operations.
• Workflow improvement: analyze and propose improvements to the flow of materials, tasks, and personnel to optimize warehouse performance.
• Data collection & reporting: collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Help implement improvements based on findings.
• Collaboration: work closely with warehouse managers and operational teams to understand challenges and provide support in solving operational issues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO EMBARK

• Education: currently enrolled in a related business or management study field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management).
• Fluency in English (German is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and process optimization (preferred but not mandatory).

Duration and commitment:
Duration: 4-6 months (flexible depending on availability).
Location: Berlin, on-site at the warehouse.
