Whether you’re experienced or just starting your journey in full-stack development, this internship offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI technology while contributing to meaningful healthcare innovation.
Help shape the Product: Bring high-fidelity mockups and functional prototypes to life with responsive, intuitive interfaces that empower trial managers.
Help engineer the Platform: Build and optimize backend systems, including APIs and workflows, to power AI-driven features and ensure the platform can scale.
Integrate AI Workflows: Collaborate with data scientists to integrate pre-trained AI models and frameworks that make the platform intelligent.
Design for Growth: Help architect scalable backend solutions that support advanced features like task automation and integrations.
Iterate and Improve: Debug, test, and enhance platform components to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate and Learn: Work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and user needs.

You have an understanding of full-stack development using frameworks like React, Node.js, Python, and SQL/NoSQL.
You’ve worked with APIs.
You’re familiar with or eager to learn tools for AI agent workflows, hosting, memory and storage, data integration, and observability.
You’re curious about AI tools like OpenAI and Anthropic and ready to explore how they can solve real problems.
You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by a mission to create impactful solutions in healthcare.
You’ll have the freedom to take ownership of critical components, fostering growth and autonomy in your work.
You’ll collaborate with a small, talented team where your ideas and contributions will shape the future of the platform.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies and scalable systems.
You’ll work on meaningful projects that accelerate life-saving treatments for patients in need.
You’ll have the potential to transition into a full-time role with equity opportunities as we grow.
