As the Head of Partnerships at Swapped.com, you’ll take the lead in forging and nurturing meaningful relationships with existing and prospective merchants. You’ll be the driving force behind their onboarding, integration, and ongoing success, ensuring they thrive with our product. Working closely with internal management and top industry players, you’ll identify new opportunities, build new partnerships, and ultimately play a key role in fueling our company’s growth within the fintech and crypto space. This role will have a significant impact on Swapped and shaping its future.
As the first dedicated hire in our partnerships and sales department, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the foundation of this function. Over time, you’ll be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and leading a team to scale our efforts. Prior experience managing and developing a team is therefore a strong advantage.
Swapped.com is a fast-growing cryptocurrency onramp and offramp allowing customers to buy and sell cryptocurrency with a wide variety of payment methods. Swapped.com was founded in 2021 in Denmark and went international in August 2023. We are very much still a startup environment. We are a lean operation. We won’t drag you down by piles of bureaucracy and unnecessary compliance. You’ll have the freedom to achieve great results if you put in the work.
Ensure existing merchant success
Act as the primary point of contact for merchants to address their needs, resolve issues, and optimize their experience with Swapped.com.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve merchant processes and satisfaction.
Outreach to potential merchants
Identify and approach potential merchants that align with our platform.
Present Swapped.com’s solutions and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.
Onboard new merchants
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants.
Provide guidance and training to ensure seamless integration of our product.
Customize widget design based on merchant requirements.
Strategic partnerships
Foster strong partnerships with high-profile merchants, leading cryptocurrency wallets, and prominent exchanges.
Collaborate with management to capitalize on opportunities with these merchants.
Base Salary:
4.020 EUR / 30.000 DKK per month.
Merchant Volume Bonus:
Receive a large % of the revenue created from merchants that you onboard.
One-Off Bonus per merchant:
Receive bonuses for onboarding high-profile merchants (€5,000 - €10,000 / 37.500 - 75.000 DKK ) per merchant.
Paid Time Off (PTO):

A performance based bonus equivalent to 1-2 months’ based salary paid out every December.
