Your responsibilities may include:

• Be our user expert in our systems and monitor access and provide continuous support to the SAP team and the organization.
• Coordinate updates and drive smaller changes that elevate system performance.
• Drive the testing of new functionalities and own our automated testing strategies.
• Shape our systems through building and configuration expertise.
• Monitoring and administration of integrations and background jobs
• Be the point of contact between our end users and the SAP team

We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Experience with IT Support, User administration, integrations, SAP or other ERP Systems
• Technical background with an understanding of processes
• Education within IT / Tech
• 2-3 years of experience within relevant fields

It’s also advantageous if you have previously worked with ERP Systems, and/-or if you have any certifications (i.e. SAP S/4 Hana, Scrum Master, Devops)
