We are on the lookout for an ambitious Mid/Senior .NET Developer to join our Product Engineering Team in Lithuania on our exciting growth journey. You will have a vital role in assuring the highest quality of our product: The market's best mobile app for employee engagement to empower and connect the frontline workers and HQ. You will be part of a new and growing Product Engineering team in Lithuania which has strong ties to the Danish team in Copenhagen 💻

As our .NET Developer at Relesys, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend services that power our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and robust solutions using the .NET tech stack. Your focus will be on long-term strategic development, ensuring that our platform remains secure, efficient, and adaptable to emerging technologies and business needs. 

Your responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET / C#.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with an amazing team of developers, software testers, and other team members
• Contribute to the long-term strategic planning of platform architecture and technology adoption

Who are you?:

• You have 3+ years of experience in backend development using the .NET stack.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, preferably (Azure) SQL Server.
• Understand web application design principles and event-driven architecture principles
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• You have excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
• It is considered a plus if you have experience with JavaScript - either AngularJS or React
