Our business has been growing rapidly, and we're looking for a CFO to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and management team, taking responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, investor readiness, and advising on our company’s financial health and scaling. You will lead our small finance team and set an example of our core values: transparency, ownership, teamwork, ambition, and laughter. This role is based in Finland, and due to the nature of your responsibilities, we’d love to see you regularly at our Espoo office. You can read more about our company journey during 2024 here.

In this role, you will 

• Finance Management & Strategy: You will lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. You will implement financial systems and controls suitable for our global SaaS business. You will track and monitor our SaaS metrics.
• Management Team Member and act as an advisor to the CEO: You will join our management team and work closely with our CEO, Joonas. In addition, you will advise our Management Team by providing real-time data and insights on operations and our financial performance.
• Board and Financial Reporting: You will provide support for our board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. You will serve as a bridge to ensure clear and effective communication between the board and management. You will prepare accurate, transparent reports for stakeholders, including investors, showcasing financial performance and growth.
• Department Collaboration: You will proactively advise and support department leaders in budget development and monitoring and identify opportunities for financial efficiency. You will also ensure accurate, relevant data for effective decision-making and strategic planning.
• Investor Readiness & Due Diligence: You will develop our investor relations, ensuring thorough documentation and metrics. You will also lead due diligence processes to secure growth funding.

You'll feel at home if you

• have strong hands-on experience as a CFO or similar role in finance with a focus on SaaS or other technology industries. You’ve led financial operations in growth-oriented, global environments and have been part of companies navigating various growth stages.
• have experience in successfully securing financing rounds, particularly from Series B and beyond, and leading due diligence processes to secure funding.
• have extensive expertise in working closely and directly with the C-level and collaborating effectively with the management team to drive strategic initiatives and achieve company goals.
• have a strategic mindset and the ability to quickly analyze data and insights to influence and collaborate across all levels of the company.
•  take ownership, show ambition, and are driven to continuously improve while exploring and learning new ideas.
• have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with everyone. 
• have experience with modern tools such as Google Workspace, and Slack, in addition to Excel, to ensure efficient communication, collaboration, and workflows.

• are already based in Finland. 
• communicate fluently in  English, both in written and verbal.

We are a software company that allows hotels and event venues to sell, operate, and manage their Meetings & Events spaces and services. We improve the Meetings & Events booking process for meeting planners and event venues. We integrate with venues’ existing Property Management, Sales & Catering, and back-office solutions while delivering products to all customer-facing channels. Products include Venue & Sales Management Software, an online Booking Engine, and a Meetings & Events-specific Channel Manager.
