Role Overview:

As the CMO, you will be the driving force behind Horago's marketing strategy, with a strong focus on sales enablement and lead generation. Your primary objective will be to create a robust marketing engine that consistently delivers Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to our sales team, while ensuring brand consistency and increasing Horago’s presence in the market. You will work closely with the sales team to align on shared revenue goals and achieve company targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Email Outreach: Design, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns using tools like Lemlist to generate qualified leads.

  • Lead Funnel/Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a lead funnel to reengage cold leads within our CRM, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.

  • CRM Optimization: Streamline and enhance our HubSpot CRM for better lead management, reporting, and integration with marketing efforts.

  • Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and analyze online advertising campaigns to drive inbound lead generation, with a focus on ROI.

  • Brand Awareness: Increase Horago’s visibility, particularly on LinkedIn, by crafting and promoting compelling content tailored to our audience.

  • Messaging Consistency: Ensure our value proposition and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints, including SDR outreach, LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.

  • Online Presence: Improve Horago’s website, social media, and search engine presence to attract and engage potential customers.

  • Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to define MQL criteria, align on shared revenue goals, and work together to achieve quotas.

  • Revenue-Driven Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth targets, focusing on measurable outcomes tied to revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the SaaS or hospitality industry.

  • Strong track record of generating MQLs and enabling sales success.

  • Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot experience preferred), marketing automation tools, and lead generation strategies.

  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, cold outreach tools (e.g., Lemlist), and social media management.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling messaging across channels.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Experience working with sales teams to align on goals and deliver results.

  • Leadership skills to manage and inspire a growing marketing team.
