With Vision 2030 driving a focus on building a tech-savvy workforce, we’re in Saudi Arabia to train local talent and provide top-notch consultants from Finland to support tech projects in Saudi Arabia. Our presence in the region is well-established, with a growing local customer base and business growth of 100% over the past year.
In short, you’ll sell tech training programs to corporates and B2G initiatives by addressing their workforce development needs with customized training solutions, and sell consultants to their tech projects by matching client needs with our large talent pool of highly skilled developers and technology experts from Finland.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market closely working with our CEO and the sales team.
Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential clients within the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including training institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Proven track record of success in partnership development and sales, preferably in the technology sector.
Experience working in B2B sales in an early-stage or growth company.
Experience with international expansion in a Finnish company is highly valued.
Familiarity with selling consulting services or staffing solutions is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
Excited to learn about the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business culture.
Determined and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
Fluent in English, and Finnish is a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
