Sales Development Representative

Salary €4,500 - €5,100

We're looking for a motivated individual who has already gained 6-12 months of experience from SDR position. You'll be engaging with startups founders and marketing professionals and finding out about their content marketing needs.There is a base salary of 1500 € and you'll receive a 60 € commission on each booking made. We are expecting you to get 50 - 60 meetings booked each month.

You'll be working closely with a sales team of 3 and an experienced sales manager. The company is run by an experienced and visionary founder who works hands on everyday with the team. We also offer the possibility for taking your career to an Account Executive role with responsibility of the whole sales cycle all the way from a discovery call to signing the contract and handing the customer to customer success team.


You'll have good case studies to use in your work right from the start which will set you up for success. This role is mainly contacting Finnish customers in the Finnish markets, so Finnish language is required. International SDR experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • 6-12 months of experience from SDR roles

  • Finnish speaking

  • Independent attitude to get things done
