About The Job 🌮

Munchi is looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us improve and develop Munchi products and tooling. You will mainly focus on the backend side but later can join to another area as well, e.g.: UI / Data & DevOps depending on your interests. You will be part of the R&D team and report directly to the CTO.

You’ll have a chance to

To succeed in this role, you should

• Few years of experience in R&D or technical product development, understanding release cycles, packaging and versioning

• Strong proficiency in at least one language (e.g., TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Python)

• Strong proficiency in Nest.JS, React.JS, React Native, Kafka, Socket.IO, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS

• Proficient in testing: unit, e2e, TDD

• Strong in RDBMS, DBMS, and caching services. Experience with optimizing SQL queries

• Understanding tradeoffs between tech: performance vs feature

• Interested to grow in both DevSecOps and DevDataOps

• Have an architecture mindset and logical thinking

• The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

• Focus on delivering great user experiences

• Be eager to learn and open to feedback

• Communicate well

Bonus if

• Previous experience with platform integrations

• Previous experience building scalable backend systems or database
