Join LEIA Health as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer and take a leading role in shaping the technology behind our B2C and B2B platforms. In addition to maintaining and enhancing our existing codebase, you'll spearhead the development of cutting-edge features, guide the integration of modern AI technologies, and help set the technical direction for our team. As a leader within the development team, you’ll mentor colleagues, foster collaboration, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions. This role spans the full development lifecycle, from infrastructure management to creating innovative, user-centric solutions that push the boundaries of digital health.
Design and architecture LEIA’s tech solutions.
Maintain and enhance LEIA’s app and B2B web platform, delivering a seamless experience to users.
Build new features that align with our mission and user needs.
Oversee and improve our tech infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
Leverage modern AI techniques to enhance LEIA’s product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to code reviews, and support agile workflows.
We’re seeking a strong, adaptable engineer with a "can-do-anything" attitude. You thrive on tackling complex problems across the full stack, taking ownership, and driving solutions in a fast-moving startup environment.
A proven track record of writing clean, reliable code and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Expertise in front-end engineering with TypeScript and React, building polished, user-friendly interfaces with attention to detail.
Proficiency in back-end development with tools like Express, GraphQL, and Next.js to create robust, efficient services.
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress.
Hands-on experience deploying your code to production and a solid understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, CI/CD pipelines).
Experience designing and building SaaS products, with a background in agile team collaboration.
Familiarity with modern AI technologies and APIs (e.g., OpenAI API). Bonus if you’ve contributed to AI-driven features!
Proficient in managing repositories, performing code reviews, and collaborating effectively via Git.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience maintaining and optimizing Kotlin-based services.
Familiarity with cloud-first infrastructure management and related best practices.
Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its ecosystem of products.
Experience with marketing automation tools like Customer.io or Braze (a big plus!).
