Maturix™ is looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO

YOUR MAIN TASKS 

You’ll have a dynamic and fast-paced workday with diverse responsibilities and tight deadlines. As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the execution of strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

• Coordinating internal and external communication on behalf of the CEO.

• Preparing and proofreading reports, presentations, and correspondence.

• Organizing and maintaining files and documentation.

• Supporting project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.

• Acting as a liaison between the CEO and team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• Handling ad hoc tasks to ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets/Slides (or similar tools).

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Prior experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus.
