Aquí entras tú: estamos buscando un Franchise Sales Specialist (supermercados y/o franquicias HoReCa) con pasión por combatir el desperdicio de alimentos, con sede en Madrid o Barcelona. 🚀
Tu misión:
Reportando al Franchise Team Lead de Key Accounts, desempeñarás un papel activo en el crecimiento de nuestro equipo de franquicias.
Sobre todo, en este rol serás un hunter enfocado en la adquisición de franquicias. Te entusiasma salir al terreno, construir conexiones y hacer crecer nuestra comunidad de guerreros contra el desperdicio de alimentos firmando, manteniendo y desarrollando supermercados y franquicias HoReCa de los principales minoristas y cuentas clave presentes en España (Madrid o Barcelona).
Tus responsabilidades:
- Ventas: Llamar proactivamente y visitar tiendas franquiciadas potenciales para construir relaciones. Necesitarás encontrar, acceder y registrar las tiendas adecuadas por correo electrónico, teléfono y visitas. Dedicarás más del 80% de tu tiempo a contactar y visitar supermercados y/o franquicias HoReCa, así como a descubrir nuevos socios. Para combatir el desperdicio de alimentos en todo el país, ocasionalmente visitarás socios en otras regiones de España según sea necesario.
- Post-venta: Mejorar e incrementar la eficiencia de nuestras franquicias existentes en la lucha contra el desperdicio de alimentos durante el primer mes de actividad. Asegurarte de que salven todos sus productos no vendidos garantizando su rendimiento óptimo y satisfacción.
- Formación: Introducirás a los nuevos socios en el mundo de Too Good To Go, los formaras en el uso de la app y los asesorarás para encontrar la mejor solución posible contra el desperdicio de alimentos.
- Investigación de mercado: Investigarás el mercado para identificar prospectos interesantes. Cooperarás con tu equipo para investigar cuentas, identificar stakeholders/decisores/franquicias maestras y generar interés por Too Good To Go.
- Colaboración con cuentas clave: Trabajarás con las sedes de cuentas clave para generar sinergias y concienciación dentro de sus franquicias de supermercados a través de diferentes estrategias y planes de acción.
- Objetivos y métricas: Trabajarás con objetivos y KPIs trimestrales y mensuales.
- Colaboración con otros departamentos: Colaborarás estrechamente con otros equipos, como el de Marketing, para asegurarte de que estén alineados con tus objetivos.
