Marketing Intern Opportunity at Tribe Networks Oy

Are you a creative individual with a passion for marketing? Tribe Networks is looking for Marketing Interns who can join us for around 3 to 6 months, starting as soon as possible. As part of our team, you'll work closely with our CEO and the marketing team to help grow our brand and promote exciting initiatives like StaffTribes, Cafe Lingua, and other key projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our dynamic marketing efforts.

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll be working closely with the CEO to bring his spontaneous ideas to life, acting on new concepts and strategies to promote StaffTribes, our main product, and other exciting initiatives.

You will play a key role in understanding the product and the market, helping us find creative ways to approach new audiences, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires a mix of creativity, adaptability, and market understanding.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the CEO: Work closely with our CEO to execute on new ideas, quickly turning concepts into actionable marketing strategies.

• Product Understanding: Gain in-depth knowledge of StaffTribes and identify the best ways to approach the market and attract customers.

• Market Approach: Help craft marketing strategies to sell our product effectively, focusing on both B2B and B2C channels.

• Content Creation: Develop and execute creative content for social media, email campaigns, and job post promotions using tools like Canva and CapCut.

• Community Engagement: Use creative strategies to engage both current and potential users, creating excitement around our product and services.

• Event Marketing: Represent Tribe Networks at local events in Helsinki, Uusimaa to promote our products and engage with potential customers.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who is:

• Able to start as soon as possible.

• Eager to learn and adaptable to new ideas.

• Creative and able to turn spontaneous concepts into actionable strategies.

• Self-starting with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experienced or studying marketing, business, or a related field.

• Comfortable working with tools like Canva, CapCut, and other marketing platforms.

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, with Finnish proficiency being an added advantage.

• Flexible with remote work and able to attend occasional in-person events in Helsinki, Uusimaa.
