As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Leia Health’s reach and impact. Working closely with our leadership team, you will:
Drive sales efforts, focusing on enterprise clients across various industries.
Identify, prospect, and build relationships with key decision-makers to grow Leia Health’s client base.
Define and execute the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and Sales processes when entering a new market.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor our solution to meet client needs and close complex deals.
Analyze market trends and use insights to refine sales strategies.
Represent Leia Health at industry events, strengthening our position as a leader in parental health solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly selling to enterprise clients preferably within the HR/DEI ecosystem.
A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
Startup experience, demonstrating adaptability, resilience, and a hands-on approach.
Familiarity with HubSpot or other sales tech stacks and a successful track record in optimizing digital sales funnels to drive a structured approach to sales from lead and first contact to closing the deal
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives.
A strategic mindset, paired with the ability to execute effectively.
Fluency in English (Swedish is a plus but not mandatory).
