We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join Oda! 

This role is all about driving growth and getting creative with strategies to boost customer acquisition, retention and revenue. You’ll dive into data, run experiments and optimize marketing channels like SEO, paid media and CRM to find what works best. Collaboration is key — you’ll work with teams across product, content and data to deliver amazing customer experiences.

What you’ll do as Growth Manager with us

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in marketing (e.g. paid media and CRM) and product (e.g. delivery and minimum basket fees).

  • Formulate growth hypotheses, and design and execute experiments using A/B tests.

  • Analyze the results of experiments and projects, including the statistical significance of change in key metrics such as revenue, gross margin and order frequency — and make recommendations based on data.

  • Collaborate with heads of market and channel experts, as well as other internal teams (product, content, data, etc.), to create and implement growth initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

  • Lead cross-functional growth projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.

  • Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.

  • Communicate findings and growth opportunities to management and other stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

The following will probably be helpful 💡

  • Are fluent in English, proficiency in Norwegian or Swedish is a plus. 

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science or a similar relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product, technology, or a similar area.

  • Experience in driving growth across multiple marketing channels (e.g., SEO, paid media, CRM, partnerships).

  • Experience with growth hacking, rapid experimentation, and A/B testing.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, Excel) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze).

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, content, and data teams.
