As a UX Designer (Digital Design Specialization) at Oda, you will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with software engineers, product managers, and other designers to create high-impact, user-centric digital experiences. Your focus and work will be on the visual and interaction design aspects of product development, ensuring that designs are both functional and aesthetically appealing.
You will play a key role in creating user interfaces that are usable, useful, and desirable, while adhering to Oda’s design system and brand guidelines. This involves designing task flows, building visual design solutions, and collaborating on user testing and prototyping. By collaborating closely with your cross-functional team, you’ll help us build intuitive and innovative solutions that drive user satisfaction, efficiency, and growth across Oda’s digital platforms.
The role will primarily be based at our office in Oslo (Tøyen).
Work with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and stakeholders) to understand user needs and design effective solutions that meet business goals.
Design workflows for customers and Oda employees, like category managers, operators and drivers. Use systems thinking and user-research to understand and improve existing processes
Help build and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across Oda and Mathem's platforms.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and improve designs based on user insights.
Create prototypes and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your choices.
Collaborate with developers early in the process to ensure designs are practical and can be implemented successfully.
Review and iterate on designs after launch, using user feedback and data to improve performance.
Share knowledge and contribute to a collaborative design culture by offering feedback and working closely with other designers.

Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is a plus.
Have 0-2 years of experience in digital product development, working with cross-functional teams through previous employment, at Oda, or through education.
