As a Customer Success Intern, you will play an essential role in helping our customers succeed. You’ll assist new and existing customers, ensuring they get the most out of the platform while providing exceptional service and proactive guidance. You will also contribute to gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement to help us deliver an even better product.

Assist customers in setting up and optimizing their resOS profiles.
Provide exceptional customer support to new and existing customers, solving inquiries via email, online demos and phone calls.
Proactively work on customer success initiatives by helping customers make the most of resOS, improving their workflows, and providing guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with the team to identify common customer challenges and provide feedback for product improvements.
Work on ad-hoc tasks related to customer success, such as support articles, video guides etc.
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience across critical areas of SaaS customer success and business operations, including:
Customer support and service communication.
Customer success strategies for retention and product adoption.
Onboarding processes for new customers.
Sales experience
Exposure to a fast-paced, remote-first SaaS company.
Problem-solving and workflow optimization experience.
