Ainak is a SW start-up that focuses in software solutions to help our customers to transform their business processes especially in B2B sales. Our SW solutions change the way how to efficiently handle B2B sales process when handling complex technical projects.

We are looking for a person having already at least some experience in building solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and having willingness to work and learn with business customers and ride the new AI wave that will have a profound impact to software solution development as well as to the business processes of all companies on this globe. We can probably adjust the work profile and expectations based on your experience.

This is what we expect from you:

• passion for learning and taking ownership of new projects.

• excitement for working in a startup environment where collaborate with business customers

• ability to quickly understand customer business requirements based on a customer dialogue in different industries and efficiently define, develop and deploy business automation driven software solutions based on that

• at least some Microsoft Power Platform development experience and concepts, frameworks and technologies around that

• ability to occasionally meet customers f2f (in addition to Teams meetings) in Southern Finland area

• solid thinking and learning capabilities to build and learn to build customer need driven SW solutions in a smart way

• ability to think creatively how to build on top of existing assets in the world delivering value for the real business needs defined by the customers

• excitement about AI and its application to business processes enhancement and possibly also AR/XR/3D

• experience in prototyping, problem solving, understanding the technical structure, and documentation.

• flexibility to build on top of SW solutions developed by others

• good team player and communication skills but can also work independently without needing constant supervision

• excitement to be part of the biggest changes of mankind, adopting AI in our work processes

We may appreciate if you already happen to have some of these skills or at least are ready to  quickly learn on these as needed:

• UX design/concepting

• Azure development

• AI tools in Azure and Microsoft 365 environment

• AI prompting skills

• AI and Machine Learning basics

• Understanding LLMs at some level

• Python

• React, Three.js, Node.js etc

• PyTorch, TensorFlow and any skills and tools related to understanding and possibly developing AI models if needed

• Unity/C# experience
