About the CTO Role:

As our CTO and Co-Founder, you’ll be the tech genius in the room – the one who takes our MVP to the next level, turning it into a scalable, high-performing product. You’ll help shape the technical strategy as we prepare for our pilot launch this fall.

Who We’re Looking For – CTO & Co-Founder:

✔️ Experienced full-stack developer – comfortable with both frontend and backend.

✔️ Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, AWS).

✔️ Bonus points for experience in AI, machine learning, or building tools using language models.

✔️ You can make the technical stuff understandable for the rest of us mortals.

✔️ Passion for EdTech and peer-to-peer learning solutions.

✔️ Ability to create scalable and robust solutions to support platform growth.

✔️ A team player with startup energy – hands-on, adaptable, and ready to innovate.

✔️ Proven ability to take a product from idea to launch.
