We are looking for a talented Italian-speaking individual to join our team in Helsinki to be in charge of product design and sourcing. You will be reporting directly to our Managing Director.

You will be responsible for the development of consumer goods produced in Europe—particularly in Italy—across multiple brands and product categories (e.g. apparel and accessories, home decor, and textiles). This role is unique as it encompasses all aspects of the supply chain, from conception to product manufacturing, including design, marketing materials, and financial targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing market research to determine the products to be developed.
• Ensuring design decisions effectively combine beauty, functionality, and production efficiency.
• Identifying potential manufacturers in Italy and Europe.
• Traveling regularly to Italy and Europe to meet suppliers.
• Establishing supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality products for our brands.
• Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Managing the product sourcing process from initial request to final delivery, including sample approvals and quality control.
• Ensuring the products are trade compliant with the US regulations.
• Being in daily contact with a 100+ strong network of entrepreneurs, craftsmen, designers, quality control specialists, logistics experts, and regulatory advisors.
