Are you ready to make an impact at a fast-paced SaaS startup transforming the FinTech + RegTech space? We’re seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic customer relationships, lead complex implementations + shape the future of our Customer Success team.

In this role, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with enterprise customers to ensure seamless onboarding, foster strong relationships + help them maximize the value of Avallone’s solutions. You’ll use your experience from e.g., a large(r) organization to also design + optimize our customer success processes - bringing structure + fresh ideas to our growing team.

 

Roles + Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding + implementation for enterprise customers, including technical integrations like APIs, with tailored project plans that align with customer goals.

  • Manage internal + external stakeholders, collaborating with IT teams, project managers, executives + Avallone’s Product, Sales, Engineering + Financial Crime Prevention teams.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on best practices + supporting their success with Avallone’s platform.

  • Advocate for customers by sharing feedback with internal teams + influencing our product roadmap.

  • Analyze outcomes, improve processes + develop SOPs + templates to enhance our Customer Success function.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or project management within SaaS, with expertise in financial crime prevention + strong stakeholder management.

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders from IT teams to C-suite executives.

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling slides.

  • Customer-focused, empathetic + skilled at solving pain points.

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution to achieve goals.

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

  • Experience managing renewals + driving account growth.

  • Curious, driven + quick to learn.

  • Team player with a proactive attitude.

  • Fluent in spoken + written English.

 

Bonus points

  • Experience with RegTech / FinTech SaaS software.

  • Knowledge of compliance / financial crime prevention.

  • Worked within CS at successfully scaled start-up(s) (from small to large CS teams)

  • Technical know-how with integrations + APIs.

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
