As a Senior Developer, you will play a central role in architecting, designing, and implementing core features for both new and existing AI-driven products like Voxo Event and Voxo Insights. You’ll work closely with our Tech Lead, data analysts, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products are scalable, maintainable, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Your broad technical skillset, leadership mindset, and commitment to quality will help us push the boundaries of conversational AI and data-driven insights.

From code reviews to hands-on development and system optimization, you will be involved at all stages of our development lifecycle. You will contribute to technical strategy, shape coding standards, and champion best practices, helping us maintain a high-performing engineering culture as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

• Architect & Implement: Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Work together with Voxos Tech Lead in mentor junior developers, guide architectural decisions, and promote coding best practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with data analysts and AI engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, write efficient tests, and ensure the reliability of our systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies, drive process improvements, and foster an environment of ongoing learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in software development, ideally in roles that span architecture, implementation, and maintenance.
• Cloud Services: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript), experience with web frameworks, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Language: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• AI & Data Expertise: Familiarity with machine learning models, data pipelines, or analytics platforms.
• Frontend Experience: Understanding of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular).
• DevOps Tools: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
• Security & Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.
