ROLE

We are looking for a CMO to join ASK Scandinavia as a Partner and Shareholder to lead the company’s marketing and PR efforts. It is an exciting time to join ASK and to be part of the next growth stage, and expand internationally. 

The CMO will lead the marketing and PR team to reach their full potential, creating and implementing a marketing strategy, and building awareness and positioning of the brand.

The role is initially flexible part-time with possibility for equity, leading to a paid full-time role in future. The position is in Helsinki, but we are considering candidates based elsewhere if willing to travel to Helsinki once in a while.

Chief Marketing Officer at ASK SCANDINAVIA role entails:

• Planning marketing and PR strategy + setting up clear objectives

• Implementing the pr and marketing strategy and following results

• Leading the marketing and PR teams and making sure they work the best possible way

• Creating, planning executing marketing and PR campaigns (multichannel)

• Organising events, fairs and showrooms with PR team

• Responsible for the growth marketing and paid advertising and collecting data

• Responsible for influencer marketing

• Working closely with sales team to plan campaigns together

• Reporting to the CEO
