• Create visually compelling and clickable thumbnails that stand out on YouTube and boost click-through rates.

• Stay updated on YouTube thumbnail trends, especially in the Roblox gaming niche, to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong passion for Roblox gaming and visual design, with an understanding of what makes a thumbnail pop.

• Experience in graphic design, particularly in creating attention-grabbing YouTube thumbnails (familiarity with tools like Roblox Studio, Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).

• A keen eye for composition, color, and typography tailored to the Roblox audience.

• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
