Your Mission

As our new Sales Executive for the German market, you will play a critical role in the expansion of our operations in Germany from early 2025. You will report to the Head of Sales and VP Sales, and work closely with our team to establish and capture opportunities in the rapidly growing German market. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our entry into a new market, positioning one of the newest and most innovative public procurement solutions for success in Germany.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth.
  • Manage prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships.
  • Oversee the complete sales and upselling process, from initial contact to deal closure and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and routinely update the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the German public procurement market, using industry insights to fuel sales strategies and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Ideally, 5 years of experience in digital sales with a strong drive for results and documented achievements.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and listening skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-velocity sales.
  • Knowledge of the public procurement market in Germany is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills.
