We're looking for an experienced sales manager who is looking for new challenges in their sales career. You'll be leading a team of 3 account executives + our sales partner network, coaching them to better results.

You'll be working closely with the sales team either remotely or in our office in Keilaniemi (Finland).

Compensation for the role is based on base + team achievement bonuses. On-target earnings range between 70-80k€ based on seniority. Additionally, you'll start with a small monthly sales quota to keep a better pulse on the team, sales process and market.


We'll fill the position as soon as the right candidate is found.


Responsibilities

  • Coaching sales team to achieve better results

  • Recruiting and onboarding new Account Executives in your team

  • Manage sales partner territories and sales tooling with our sales partner coordinator

  • Lead sales forecasting and planning

  • Creating a motivating sales culture

  • Develop the sales and onboarding processes

  • Help with international GTM strategy

  • Maintaining CRM hygiene with the sales team


Requirements

  • 3+ years in full-cycle sales roles

  • 1+ years of managing a sales team successfully

  • Experience in cold lead generation

  • Opinions and insight on how to scale from 1 to 10M revenue, including sales processes and market expansion

  • Motivated attitude to work on a high growth scaleup

  • Growth mindset to constantly improve our ways of selling and growing

  • Systematic person who can create and scale systems

  • Experience in new sales

  • Experience in international sales and GTM preferred

  • Previous experience selling agency or SaaS services preferred

  • Independent attitude to get things done
