What will I be doing?
- Collaborate with leadership team and departmental leaders to provide financial guidance and support.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with IQM’s strategic goals.
- Monitor & report financial performance against budgets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide actionable insights through financial data analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Cost Control: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
- Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to support decision-making for business strategies, investments, and projects.
- Support audit processes and contribute to maintaining strong financial governance practices.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes.
- Champion automation and digitalization initiatives in financial reporting and controlling.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Advanced Excel and ERP systems knowledge (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. •
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders and present complex data in a clear, actionable way.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, business models, and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
