Who Are We❓

GoMore is Europe’s leading peer-to-peer car-sharing platform. We already help a fast-growing community of 3 million people share cars across seven countries and have been in business for more than 10 years. We do this to reduce the number of cars on our streets, improve our climate footprint, and generate space in today’s car-congested cities.

We have just opened Estonia as our 7th European GoMore country and are now focusing on learning and growing our newest market out from our Helsinki office.

What You’ll Do❓

• Customer Care & Onboarding: Make sure our Estonian users have a smooth and delightful experience from sign-up to their first booking.

• Lead Handling: Turn interested leads into engaged car-sharing users.

• Partnership Management: Develop and nurture partnerships with key players in Estonia.

• Content Creation: Help our marketing team to create engaging content in Estonian to connect with our users.

• Market Insights: Use your local expertise to adapt strategies and identify growth opportunities.

• Operational Decision-Making: Make smart choices to prioritize tasks and solve challenges.

• Administration: Keep daily operations running efficiently.

We interview applicants on an ongoing basis and hope to find a suitable candidate for the position as soon as possible. Our recruitment process follows the structure and schedule below:

1. We'll invite 10-20 most promising applicants for a 30-min intro-call (on Google Meet) within one week of receiving the application.

2. We'll proceed with 5-10 of the most suitable candidates to a 1,5 hour live interview and case-exercise, which will be held at our office in Kamppi, Helsinki. During this meeting you'll also get to meet with our local team. This will take place 1-2 weeks after the application is received.

3. We will make a recruitment decision within 1 day to 1 week of the case interview. We will inform all candidates who reached this stage of the decision by phone.

4. Our goal is to have the new team member start from the beginning of 2025 the latest. So act quickly to ensure you don’t miss out!
