Inbound Account Executive, Sweden

Salary €45,000 - €70,000
Equity To be negotiated

We are looking for a driven individual to join our Founding Sales team as an Inbound Account Executive, focusing on Sweden. Your primary role will be to engage with inbound leads, solve acute operational needs, and guide operations managers toward adopting scalable procurement processes.

At Droppe, we believe sales is not an art—it’s a process. The most successful salespeople don’t rely on instincts or creativity. They master the fundamentals of the sales process and follow it rigorously. We believe that when you treat sales as a process, it becomes predictable, scalable, and repeatable across your entire team.

You’ll work closely with operations managers at individual locations to land critical sourcing opportunities, expand into broader purchasing needs, and consolidate recurring categories into structured catalogs using Droppe’s platform. By addressing challenges like fragmented orders or urgent product needs, you’ll help clients transition to a scalable, efficient ordering process.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Engage Inbound Leads: Engage operations managers to identify pain points and decision criteria, turning inbound requests into qualified opportunities.

  • Solve Immediate Needs: Address urgent product sourcing challenges (e.g., safety equipment, packaging) to establish trust and position Droppe as a reliable partner.

  • Land and Expand: Start with critical needs to build momentum, then consolidate multiple categories into structured catalogs.

  • Quantify Value: Demonstrate Droppe’s impact through before-and-after scenarios, showcasing measurable cost savings, efficiency improvements, and reduced operational complexity.

  • Drive Referrals: Leverage early wins and measurable client outcomes to secure referrals, expanding Droppe’s presence within organizations.

  • Receive Coaching: Participate in one-to-one coaching and tailored sales training based on Sandler, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message to work with world-class best practices.

Required skills & proof of success:

  • 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on inbound or enterprise sales.

  • A track record of persistence, hitting sales targets, and building trust with clients.

  • Strong ability to engage with operations managers and articulate the value of platform in solving their challenges.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish, with a deep understanding of the Swedish market.

  • A growth mindset, high integrity, and world-class work ethic.

  • Familiarity with procurement, operational supplies, or logistics is a plus.

What we offer:

  • Be part of the founding team in launching and scaling Droppe’s inbound sales efforts in Sweden, helping operations teams solve real challenges and modernize procurement.

  • A base salary, uncapped commission, and ESOP to make you a true stakeholder in Droppe’s success.

  • Gain tailored sales training, including Sandler, MEDDPICC, and Command of the Message to help you succeed in customer conversations.

  • Work directly with founders and the Platform Sales team to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy for Sweden.

  • Help Swedish companies transition to efficient, scalable ordering processes that deliver measurable results.

Compensation is tailored to your skills, experience, and location. Droppe offers a base salary, uncapped commission, and benefits such as ESOP, flexible paid time off, a self-development budget, and occupational health services.

Working at
Droppe

Droppe is building the most comfortable way to order workwear online. Across Europe, 95 million workers rely on workwear every day—but the way it’s bought is broken. It’s still ordered by someone else, often without context, chosen by price. The result? Something blue, something cheap, and workers who feel ignored. We’re changing that. Instead of fixing procurement from the top down, we’ve built the experience from the ground up—based on how workers actually want to order. Workwear is becoming lifestyle: people want to feel great in it, from 9 to 5 and beyond. With AI, we’re making workwear buying fast, personal, and finally built for the people who wear it. We’re a remote-first team with HQ in Helsinki and teammates across Europe. We care about the craft, move fast, and grow every day—in our product, our work, and ourselves.
