We are looking for Production Engineer to implement and oversee the QPU production process of quantum chips. This includes ensuring consistent quality and timely fabrication of QPUs and test wafers. Your expertise will contribute directly to the production and development of cutting-edge quantum technology.

What will I be doing?

  • Execute wafer-level QPU and other chip production processes in a Cleanroom laboratory, including lithography, deposition, etching, and thermal processes.
  • Follow and enhance MES process routes, standard operating procedures, and just-in-time production methodologies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, liaising with cross-functional teams, including process and equipment engineers.
  • Manage chemical handling, monitor material stock levels, and support material lifecycle management.
  • Report incidents, participate in team meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


What skills do I need?

  • Minimum 5 years of laboratory work experience.
  • A degree from a university of applied sciences or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong technical communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Teamwork and respect for safety protocols.
