Would you like to help us reshape the way people in Estonia use and own cars, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic scaleup environment? If you’re eager to learn and want to gain hands-on experience in a mission-driven sharing economy platform, this role could be a great fit for you.
GoMore is Europe’s leading peer-to-peer car-sharing platform, with over 3 million members across seven countries and +10 years of experience in car-sharing. We aim to reduce the number of cars on our streets, improve our climate footprint, and create space in car-congested cities. We’ve recently launched Estonia as our 7th market and are focused on expanding our presence while making a real impact.
We’re looking for a driven person, who enjoys direct customer and partner interaction in all its forms, to join us as our next Customer Associate for Estonian Market. You’d be based in our new Helsinki office, working alongside our Finland and Estonia team of around 10 professionals. You’ll also collaborate with teams from the rest of the 5 GoMore-countries to make sure we’re delivering the best experience for our Estonian users.
This role is perfect if you want to gain experience in customer operations in a scale-up environment. For the right match we can be flexible with the hours and with the type of employment, meaning that the position can be customized to a full-time (permanent contract), paid internship or part-time job depending on your situation.
Customer Care (~40-60% of the work): Handle incoming and outgoing communications with our members, primarily via phone, email, chat, and our CRM system.
User Onboarding & Lead Handling (~40-60% of the work): Help onboard new car owners, introduce them to our GoMore Keyless concept, and support campaigns to attract new users.
Partnerships (5%-10 of the work): Assist in building relationships with local partners like Keyless-installation providers, media, and business rentals.
Marketing and Insights (5%-10% of the work): Keep an ear to the ground about what’s happening in Estonia, especially in Tallinn, and use that local insight to support our growth. Assist in creating local content for newsletters, digital marketing, and public relations.
Tools & process development (<5% of the work): Help manage tools, processes, and tasks that keep our Estonian operations running smoothly.
Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help customers vie email and phone.
Ability to communicate clearly and positively with customers, colleagues and partners.
A proactive and courageous problem-solver, a doer, who is eager to get things done, learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Able to prioritize tasks with guidance based on urgency and business goals.
Willing to take on responsibility and ownership from the very beginning, with the opportunity to grow into a key player in our Estonian operations over time.
Fluent in Estonian (both written and spoken) and strong in English.
Russian language skills are a plus but not required.
Learn a lot about building a business up from scratch - but with the resources of an established and financially sustainable international company.
Be part of reshaping car ownership and usage in Estonia.
Make a meaningful impact on the environment and reduce car congestion.
Gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing international startup.
Work with an ambitious but humane team who will support your growth.
Enjoy a flexible, hybrid working model after the onboarding period.
Take advantage of great perks like 50% off GoMore rentals, free snacks and drinks in the office, and fun company events.
