A dynamic sales driven leader for our German team with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering results and with a black belt in Enterprise solutions. You are expected to act and lead the way, build the pipeline, contact partners and close orders. Furthermore, you are a ninja in CRM systems and knows how to create data driven sales. If you’re a go-getter, optimistic, trustworthy, and a great team player, you could be the perfect fit for our team. We're seeking someone who thrives on creating success, loves collaborating with others, can coach and develop a sales team, and one who can act as a true ambassador for Freetrailer. If you’re fluent in German and passionate about hitting goals, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As the leader of our German sales team, you’ll play a central role in expanding our market presence in the German-speaking regions. You will coach the team creating lasting relationships with customers and partners while driving sales growth. The role reports to our CEO Nicolai Frisch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively reaching out and creatively engaging with potential customers in the German market.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer and partner relationships, showcasing your charming ambassadorial skills.
  • Coach and develop the sales team – setting ‘best practices’ in all sales related processes.
  • Provide clear sales structure to the team.

What We Expect from You:

  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales records and managerial experience, ideally in an international setting.
  • A passion for teamwork and a track record of creating success through collaboration and sales training.
  • Results-oriented with a drive to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven CRM ‘ninja’ – Knows how to build a sales pipeline and get contracts signed. Setting and teaching the team in CRM best practices.
  • Hunter and a closer.
