About the Job:

As an Associate. you have a book of clients and your job is to help them use Inex One to get insights. The platform is intuitive and most clients use it perfectly on their own. But some need help. Some clients are new to Inex One and need an onboarding or reminders; others have never heard of us and your job is to engage them. You will become an expert in market research, a trusted advisor and guide for your clients. As you get to know the users and their needs, we encourage you to join our internal product strategy forum to further develop our tech platform. You earn a fixed monthly salary + an uncapped bonus based on your clients' success and usage.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with Inex One’s clients and suppliers.

• Understand typical business challenges faced by our clients and suppliers - and how we solve them.

• Grow accounts by engaging new users within existing client organizations, ensuring that users are successful.

• Work closely with the technical, product and sales teams to continue to improve our tech.

How you grow within Inex One:

Successful Associates are promoted to Account Managers. You will oversee larger client accounts and manage your own team. Long-term employees have a path to becoming shareholders. Inex One - and you - are still only at the beginning of a multi-decade growth journey. This is a great time to join!
