Marketing Manager, Rebl Eats

Contract Type: 1 year start, with potenetial to grow to permanent

Rebl Eats purpose is to accelerate the green transition of food. Founded three years ago, the company is having a really strong momentum and growing fast, so it’s the right time to expand the team. 

We create sustainable, ready-to-eat meals and snacks sold in supermarkets and through food delivery. With over 2 million products sold in Finland and 200% growth year-on-year, we’re just getting started—expanding our product range and preparing for international markets. Backed by Wolt founder Elias Aalto and other top investors, we were also featured in Slush 100 and made waves on Leijonan Luola and Suomalainen Menestysresepti.

As Rebl Eats is stepping up its brand and awareness game, we’re looking for our first full-time marketing hire, a kickass Marketing Manager to join the Rebls. Your goal is to execute our marketing stunts, coordinate all marketing and PR efforts and lead the early ambassador teams in 3 cities.

Marketing role includes 3 main areas:

• Scope 1: Events, PR stunts, product launches, trade shows and influencer events

  • Skills: Event organizing, problem solving, hustling, team management, eye for good look ‘n feel

• Scope 2: PR & media outreach

  • Skills: storytelling, copywriting, cold contacting, relationship building

• Scope 3: Partnerships and projects (eg. Elovena co-creation, foodtruck, outdoor and in-store campaigns)

  • Skills: project management, pitching, business development, delivering

Overall skills we’re are after:

• University studies, last years of studies or graduated, any field

• 2-5 years of work experience

• Extrovert with high energy and can-do attitude

• Great communication skills (Finnish and English)

• Sharp head with a structure to juggle multiple projects

• Bonus points for good writing skills, press releases etc

• Bonus for visual eye with attention to detail

Location: This role is hybrid, from Rebl office in Herttoniemi, partly remote, and partly wherever marketing happens.
