We’re hiring an Omnichannel & E-commerce Lead who can craft seamless and engaging online shopping experiences for our jewellery clients. This role is perfect for someone passionate about luxury ecommerce, user-centric design, and driving online sales growth.
Build, manage, and optimize ecommerce platforms tailored for jewellery brands (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Enhance online store performance through product merchandising, site navigation, and checkout optimization.
Develop and execute strategies to boost online traffic, improve conversions, and drive revenue growth.
Analyse ecommerce performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
Implement best practices in UX/UI for luxury ecommerce audiences.
Collaborate with branding and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
At least 4 years of experience in managing ecommerce platforms, preferably for luxury or jewellery brands.
Expertise in Shopify (certification is a plus), with experience in customizations and app integrations.
Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar).
Familiarity with the unique needs of luxury consumers, including storytelling and high-touch customer journeys.
Attention to detail and a passion for beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences.
