As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in leading new clients through the early phases of their experience with Custobar. You will also manage a dedicated portfolio of clients, gaining insight into their specific marketing challenges and goals. Your proficiency in SaaS onboarding projects and understanding of data will be essential for facilitating a smooth start with Custobar and preparing clients for success. You will be the champion for our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and derive maximum value from Custobar! In this role, you will have clearly defined KPIs to guide your performance and success.
Lead Client Onboarding: Develop onboarding plans that align with your client’s objectives and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient start with Custobar.
Manage Projects: Leverage your project management skills to coordinate onboarding activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Build Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals and challenges.
Empower Clients: You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients, understanding their unique marketing challenges and objectives. You collaborate with clients’ marketing departments and influential decision-makers.Your expertise will guide them toward success, driving retention and growth.
Strategic Impact: As a Customer Success Manager, you will lead initiatives that drive client satisfaction and loyalty. You highlight powerful use cases and introduce features designed to supercharge your clients' revenue streams.
Drive Improvement: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the onboarding process.
Over three years of demonstrated experience in a customer success and onboarding position within the SaaS sector.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing onboarding projects.
Interest for retail omnichannel business and CDP software landscape
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and value.
Understanding of the value of data in the marketing business field.
Fluency in Finnish and English is required for this role. German and/or Swedish language skills are considered as an advantage.
