The Growth Team at Klint are responsible for delivering +100% annual revenue growth for the past 3 years by creating beautiful interior set designs and using these to create inspiring and engaging content that shares the value and benefits of choosing Klint when repainting your home. You will be the 3rd team member in a current team of 2, where 1 Creative Manager today is working full-time, and 1 Creative Associate working part-time is responsible for post-production . The long term intention of the team is to become one of several thight-knit creative groups at Klint seamlessly working togehter in a fun, creative and high-paced environment to create stunning interior set designs and maximally high-performing ad creatives.
Your role within the team will be to act as a Creative Strategist - the brains behind what ad creatives we should be producing. You will dig deep into data on what ad creatives have performed well historically, and exactly what time segments of specific individual ads that perform well or not. Using this understanding as a foundation of what ad creatives we should create next, you will hold workshops with the team and brainstorm new ad concepts that we should try during our next production cycle. The role also includes project management, since you will be the one coordinating the work with our translators and voice actors in 5 languages, and generally make sure that our ad creative production cycle remains on track and outputs a high volume of high quality ad creatives. Overall, your responsibility is to work together with the creative team to deliver maximally high-performing ad creatives that drive growth in our target geographies of Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. During Q1 2025 we will also be launching Finland and France. You report to the CEO.

Project management of ad creative production cycle, e.g. coordinating shoots, translations, and voice acting
Supporting the production on set (could be anything from getting new props from a second hand store to holding the camera for a certain scene)
You love both data analytics and content creation
