We’re looking for a dynamic, business-oriented Product Owner to lead the data & monetization initiative of our battery solutions. If you’re ambitious, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and have a “get things done” attitude, we want to hear from you.

You’ll play a critical role in analyzing market opportunities, building the foundations for our EMS (Energy Management System), leading the project of integrating our batteries into various energy markets, and setting up operational processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Evaluate energy markets to identify and maximize profit opportunities.

• Research and assess international markets for potential expansion and new revenue streams.

Integration & Implementation:

• Lead the integration of our battery solutions into energy markets using a mix of internal technology & processes and outsourced tech and services.

• Eventually build and manage a dedicated team to support integration and operational efforts as needed.

Operational Setup & Management:

• Establish and oversee operational processes, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, stakeholders, and clients.

• Manage processes for contracts, payments, and administrative tasks to support business operations.

Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

• You’re proactive, results-driven, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

• Successful execution track record of complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Preferably a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret & communicate complex market data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Passionate about renewable energy and making a real impact.

• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English.

Nice-to-Haves (At least some of the qualifications are seen as a huge advantage):

• Understanding how different energy markets operate.

• Familiarity with battery technology and electricity.

• Experience with Energy Management Systems (EMS), or setting up complex systems for operational excellence.

• Ability to navigate and understand financial markets.

• Experience with embedded systems development. Knowledge of Modbus & MQTT is a plus.

• Knowledge of modern web app technology architectures.

• Some understanding of machine learning & optimization techniques.
