We are looking for a regional sales manager for the DACH region with a clear focus on the german market. We are looking for a goal-oriented person with a background in sales to grow the DACH region, secure new in-sales and manage current account.
Together with a small dedicated team, you will execute on our sales and growth strategy and work with brand development, portfolio management and be in charge of the sales to the DACH region while working closely together with the sales department which you will be a part of.
The Organic Crave ® is located in Odense where we develop new innovative snack solutions for the global market. We want to create better options for healthy living, and doing it in an unseen, unique and revolutionary way.
We are a small but ambitious team, working on expanding The Organic Crave ® to international standards and penetrate new markets. At the moment we sell our products to the Nordic markets, as well as The Netherlands and Germany.
We expect you to be open, ambitious, self-fuelled and with a desire to drive your own work forward.
We expect you to be the following:
You’re structured with your own time and when it comes to planning.
You’re okay with being on the road.
You have experience with sales and KAM work.
You are able to think creatively and out of the box.
You will be working with:
Manage KAM functions in DACH.
Managing leads in a structured way and secure new account.
Participate in exhibitions and fairs
Working closely together with the rest of the team to create the rights sales material.
Co-develop and execute on sales and growth strategies nationally.
The Organic Crave ® will provide you with a flexible, creative and open-minded workplace where you will be in charge of our marketing department.
