Interest for retail omnichannel business and CDP software landscape
Proven experience (+5 years) in customer success and account management with a track record of increasing client revenue, driving client satisfaction and retention.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
A passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Fluency in Finnish and English is required for this role.
German and/or Swedish language skills are considered as an advantage.
