As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of product changes, transforming ideas into user-ready features. You’ll collaborate with a small team of four other talented engineers, guiding the development process from concept to delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing new features based on client and expert network needs.
Iterating on smaller product enhancements to create significant value.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Contributing to DevOps tasks and improving the overall developer experience.
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is not just a developer but a craftsman—someone who can ship changes from A to Z with pride in their work. Ideal candidates will possess:
5+ years of software development experience.
Proven ability to lead software development initiatives.
Proficiency in shipping solid, testable, and maintainable code (experience with React, Node, and Typescript is preferred).
Strong understanding of web applications, including deployments, browsers, and servers.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Eager to take ownership of product areas and lead development efforts.
Willing to learn, grow, and collaborate within a team.
Value empathy and effective communication.
Prefer straightforward solutions over overly complex technical approaches.
Pragmatic, capable of making decisions with incomplete information, and not afraid to seek clarity.

We are a remote-first company, currently with developers located in various countries. Our processes are designed for effective remote collaboration, with regular code reviews, pair programming sessions, and team retrospectives. While the role is fully remote, we require that candidates are being located within 1 hour of the CET timezone for better collaboration.
