Being a Piccoline/Piccolo in Relesys is a very important role, as your amazing work will spread joy, hygge, and good vibes as you will make your colleagues' everyday lives so much better 💪

To succeed in this role, you are a master of both routine and chaos and got an eye for detail, as there will be many practical to-dos in a variety of everyday tasks, such as making sure the office is clean and beautiful, being the smiling and welcoming face for our clients, and first and foremost making sure that we never run out of coffee beans and beverages ☕️😉 

Your day will start at 7:45 to open the office, and it ends at 14:00 with opportunities to get more hours in the book for different events. One day, it can be quiet, and super busy on other days - but that is no problem for a superhero Piccoline/Piccolo who is adaptable and able to prioritize between the routine and the asap tasks that may come along! 

Your Responsibilities:

• Make sure the office is clean and shining like a diamond as first priority 💎
  (we have cleaning service at night, so this only encounters day time aesthetics)
• Welcome and offer beverages to our clients who will visit for workshops and meetings - this includes making barista coffees for our clients☕️
• Order, prepare, and clean up after lunch 🥗🧆🍴
• Be the office responsible and make sure to order must-have snacks, sodas, and central office articles for our office in CPH 🧻🥤
• Communicate and coordinate with external vendors and services 
• Spreading some good old hygge by, e.g., baking buns on Wednesdays🍞🙂‍↔️
• Taking part in the facilitation of company events, as well as internal cultural initiatives, such as preparing for the official Friday bar once a month.

• You are known for having the sharpest eye for detail 🤩

• You are a true problem-solver who is not afraid to execute and take ownership of tasks🚀
• You are capable of performing physical work, as you will be carrying and moving around boxes of toilet articles, soda glass bottles or run to the supermarket📦🛒
• You own a driver's license (B) 
• You wear the "yes-hat" and are up for small and big tasks🤠
• Maybe you have a sabbatical year or some free time and are looking for a job with great working hours and people!
