🚨 Join Us as a Marketing Co-Founder (Sweat Equity) 🚨

Ready to roll into something big? Let’s Roll is looking for a Marketing Co-Founder passionate about hands-on growth and community building! We’re a bootstrapped, community-driven startup bringing roller skaters together globally—and now we need YOU to help us scale the app and reach more skaters worldwide.

This is a hands-on, sweat-equity position. It’s perfect for someone with a creative, can-do attitude who is excited to dive into marketing execution. Your time commitment: 30 hours/month minimum.

What You’ll Do (Hands-On and In the Details):

Social Media Execution:

Lead daily social media efforts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Create and post content that captures the roller skating lifestyle, grow engagement in our Facebook group of 2,000+ skaters, and connect with users directly.

Community Engagement:

Be the pulse of Let’s Roll! Host challenges, engage with users one-on-one, and run initiatives that drive word-of-mouth growth.

Content Creation:

Get your hands dirty with video production, graphics, and creative social campaigns. You’ll be the person making content happen—whether it’s filming, editing, or just having fun with on-trend social posts.

Influencer Partnerships (Execution-Focused):

Run outreach to key skaters, coaches, and skating businesses, inviting them to join our affiliate program. Think in terms of direct connections and building relationships, not strategy decks.

Growth Experiments:

Run quick, scrappy growth tests, from partnerships to social challenges. Success means more skaters on the app, and you’ll drive that at the ground level.

Ideal Skills & Experience (Execution-First):

  • Social Media Fluency – You’re experienced in posting, responding, and growing channels like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

  • Content Creation Savvy – Skilled in video and graphic creation, especially for social media.

  • Skate Culture Enthusiasm – Roller skating experience is a big plus!

  • Hands-On Approach – This role is for a doer, not a manager. You’re excited about rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

What You’ll Get

This is a co-founder position with sweat equity compensation, perfect for someone excited about the ride and ready to contribute their creativity and hustle. Let’s build something amazing together—one post, one conversation, and one skater at a time.

Let's Roll

Let’s Roll connects the global roller skating community in a social network built for roller skating. Our goal is to gather all the roller skaters, all the skate spots, and all the knowledge of the community in one place. The Let's Roll app tries to take on some of the key problems facing skaters all over the world: Where do I skate, who do I skate with, and how do I progress in my skills? We try to combine these elements, into an exercise tracker, focused on roller sports and specifically roller skating. We want to collect and share the collective knowledge of the global skate community using modern GPS tracking, to locate all the best skate locations for different styles around the world, and we want to make it easy for skaters to connect with others in their area. Finally, we want to create a resource for learning new moves and tricks and make it easy to track progress and unlock new abilities as a skater. We are friends, roller skaters, and tech nerds from Ukraine and Denmark who have banded together to create the Let’s Roll App. We love the skating community and how roller skating brings joy to people, and we believe the best ideas are created when you listen to the people you want to service. For that reason, the Let’s Roll app has been built with direct involvement from a growing community of skaters from day one.
