Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Specialist Trainee to join us. As a Technical Support Specialist Trainee, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced support specialists and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting, customer support, and network management. This position is an opportunity to learn about PK Global IoT's advanced solutions while delivering exceptional customer support to ensure smooth operations for our clients.
Customer Assistance: Provide first-level support and assist customers with questions, issues, and service requests related to PK Global IoT products.
Troubleshooting: Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose network or IoT device issues, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
Documentation: Record and track issues in the company’s ticketing system, ensuring accurate logging of each step in the resolution process.
Knowledge Building: Participate in ongoing training to develop a solid understanding of PK Global IoT’s offerings, including IoT devices, network setups, and cloud-based solutions.
Technical Growth: Develop and refine skills in network setup, IoT configuration, and basic coding as needed for resolving customer issues.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, routers, firewalls) and general IoT technologies; familiarity with troubleshooting steps is a plus. Also basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure would be a plus.
Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a customer-first approach.

This position will start with 3 months unpaid trainee period and after that period, full-time and paid position will be offered.
