Are you passionate about crafting visually engaging designs? Do you love getting lost in creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision? This could be the role for you where your designs will reach audiences from around the world as we bring impactful visuals to the podcasting space. Your work will be seen by thousands of listeners and followers, as our podcast continues to grow in influence and reach.

What You’ll Do:

• Design eye-catching graphics for our social media channels, podcast thumbnails, episode covers, and marketing materials including a new logo!

• Enhance our brand’s visual identity across multiple platforms, creating consistency in our look and feel.

• Collaborate closely with the podcast growth manager and marketing team to create engaging visuals that resonate with our audience.

• Develop user personas to better understand and engage our listener community.

• Innovate on ideas to improve the listener experience with visuals that complement and enhance our audio content.

• There will be no coding involved.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A creative thinker who can conceptualize and develop personas for our listener audience.

• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, and familiar with other design tools.

• Knowledge of social media best practices and trends.

• Familiarity with podcasting and digital content is a bonus.

• Bulgarian is a huge bonus.
