Join Kanpla as a Mobile Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a talented Mobile Platform Engineer to help us stabilise and optimise our PWA’s mobile wrapper, enhancing performance and user experience across multiple apps. You'll have a direct impact on how thousands of users interact with our platform daily.

What You'll Do

• Develop and stabilise the mobile wrapper for our PWA, improving interaction, load times, and performance across iOS and Android devices.

• Implement and optimise bulk updates across 40+ apps to ensure seamless deployments to app stores using e.g. Fastlane.

• Enhance notifications deliverability and performance, focusing on reliability across mobile platforms.

• Work closely with the product and design teams to refine mobile user experiences.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with mobile web development, specifically optimising PWAs for mobile performance.

• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like Next.js, Expo.js or React Native.

• Experience with mobile-first design, performance optimisation, and notifications systems.

• Experience with bulk updates or multi-app deployments is a plus.
