Join our dynamic Customer Success team as a Senior Support Specialist and help our clients unlock the full potential of our cutting-edge Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation tool!


In this Role, You Will:

Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:

  • Be the Voice of Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through our innovative platform.

  • Troubleshoot with Expertise: Address client inquiries and resolve technical challenges, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.

  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Get to know our clients and their unique marketing challenges, understanding their goals and objectives.

  • Empower Through Training: Lead engaging remote training sessions for clients, equipping them to maximize their use of our platform.

  • Create Helpful Resources: Contribute to the development of product guides and tutorial videos, making it easy for clients to find the information they need.

  • Drive Client Satisfaction and Promote Product Adoption: Showcase powerful use cases and highlight features that empower clients to achieve their desired outcomes.

Reshape and Develop the Support Function:

  • Innovate Support Processes: Play a key role in reimagining and enhancing our support operations, streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and implement best practices that elevate our support services, ensuring we remain at the forefront of customer care.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Technical Expertise: Previous experience in technical customer service, with a grasp of data structures like JSON, CSV, and XML.

  • SaaS Experience: Knowledge of customer support in a SaaS environment.

  • Excellent Communication: Fluent in Finnish and English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve customer issues while managing multiple tasks.

  • Passion for Customer Success: A genuine desire to help clients succeed and a commitment to providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships.


Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with HTML and CSS.

  • Fluent in Swedish
