Coordinate and organise partner events: Organise and execute events such as quarterly investor dinners, office hours and other community-driven initiatives.
Innovate & improve: Shape and create new initiatives to further develop our partnership operations and drive value for the community.
Proactive attitude: You have a proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to ensure that our partnerships thrive.
Passion for startups: You have a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and the startup ecosystem. Previous experience in working in the startup ecosystem is considered an advantage.
Independent & detail-oriented: You can work independently, with a keen eye for details and a data-driven approach.
CRM experience: Experience with CRM systems and the ability to organise data efficiently.
Collaborative spirit: While independent, you enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a supportive, diverse environment.
Excellent communication skills: You are a natural communicator and have good interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Finnish is not required.
