As a Talent Acquisition lead, you will own the talent acquisition function focusing on finding top talent for our client companies. You will make sure that our Talent Acquisition aligns with market requirements. Leading your team by example, you will also participate in hands-on Talent Acquisition activities in addition to coaching your team and developing the TA function as a whole. This is a key role in our organization and you will be a focal point for multiple teams, including Sales, Tech, and Operations.

Ensure that we provide our clients with quality candidates within expected timeframes
Lead and grow the Talent Acquisition team at Integrify
Collaborate with all of Integrify’s functions
Pre-sales and other sales activities in cooperation with the Business Development team
Transform business goals into actionable TA tasks
Attract top talent via sourcing and talent interviews
Define and implement key metrics for a successful talent acquisition function
Participate in Integrify’s product development and processes
We are looking for an experienced individual, who can bring competence and know-how via multiple years of relevant experience
4+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition
Expertise in technologies and best practices in software development
Prior team leadership experience
Strong leadership skills - ability to lead by example, coach and make a difference
Data-driven decision-making skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of the Finnish IT -market
Experience as a software developer and/or in IT sales is a definite plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Growth mindset
Proficiency in both Finnish and English
